Reiki is Japanese for the universal life force, and is a word used to describe a system of energetic natural healing. At the end of this class you will be a Reiki level 1 practitioner able to both give yourself and others a Reiki treatment. In this class you will learn what Reiki is, how it works, why it works, how it is performed and the history of Reiki. You will receive the Level 1 Attunement and a Certificate of completion as a Reiki Level 1 Practitioner.

The Eastern Connecticut Paranormal Society (ECPS) was established in February, 2016. Come bathe yourself in a sound vibrational healing journey using Tibetan singing bowls, Native drumming, various percussion instruments and vocal toning. Sound releases stress and anxiety by activating the parasympathetic nervous system which removes blockages and toxins.

Even today we give thanks for the food and blessings we receive. In this class, we will work with the Crones recipes that will put the Magick back in your kitchen and revive the mystic lore and meaning of food and the correlation to self-transformation for the greater good.
